The Meridian Apartment Homes (previously Oakmont West Condominiums) is a 60 unit apartment community purchased by Tilden Properties in 2012. The previous owner developed the asset in 1971 providing the community limited attention as well as deferring maintenance and necessary capital improvements. Tilden Properties acquired this asset, allocating funds for the necessary capital improvements and deferred maintenance then hired a professional management company to run the day to day operations.
Parc Station Apartment Homes (previously Lamplighter Senior Citizens Inn) is a 150-unit apartment community. The previous owner developed the asset in 1970 and provided the community with affordable senior housing with limited amenities and no esthetic upgrades to the exterior or the interior of the property. Tilden Properties raised the necessary capital funds prior to acquisition and made significant upgrades to the community including a new fitness center, updated clubhouse, updated laundry facilities and modern updates to the exterior and interior of the asset.
The Spectrum Apartment Homes is a 252 unit apartment community purchased by Tilden Properties in 2014. Originally designed as a for-sale development, the property was completed in 2010 to condominium-quality specifications and has been operated as a luxury apartment property since its opening. Tilden Properties was able to buy the complex at a significant discount directly from the equity provided because of the 2007 recession and the significant decline in the condominium market.
